Stories are one single piece of content that ends in a single episode, and Novels are more than one piece of content and end in multiple episodes of Rachnakunj.

We discourage writers from deleting stories once published unless there are any legal issues, as at a time many readers may have been reading those stories, novels, and other contents, removing them would create a bad impression for writer and Rachnakunj. Please contact our support team for this.

To view your Author Analytics Report on Rachnakunj, simply go to the 'My Account' section available for authors on both the website and the app. This tool provides valuable insights into your performance.

Rachnakunj gives equal opportunity to all writers, so publishing happens in a process where all stories get good reader base, we have priority for episodic novels because readers wait for episodes daily, if you find it difficult, please contact our support.

After submitting your story, it will be marked as 'Submitted'. Within 48 hours on working days, it will be reviewed. Once reviewed, you will receive a publishing date within another 48 hours. The status will be updated in your author panel on both the website and the app, and you will also receive email notifications. Ensure your email is up-to-date with us.

Audio stories on Rachnakunj are a special feature. Currently, the process is automated. If you think you can give a better voice and narration, please contact our support.

Our creative team works diligently to provide the best cover pages for stories. If you find the cover page of your published story inappropriate, please contact our support team for assistance.

We are not allowing users to upload cover pages, but if you think you have a good high-resolution cover page, please contact our support.

Rachnakunj is a self-publishing platform. We encourage writers to publish their best of the work and build a good reader community for them. If you an elite and experienced writer, please contact our support. If you are a first time writer, we wish that you start publishing your stories and earn the user feedback.

You cannot tag anything for now, but in the future we might introduce this feature.

A story waiting for approval means our editors are yet to review it. Once they review, they would approve or reject it with reason.

The author owns the copyrights while Rachnakunj has unconditional publishing rights of the stories in multiple formats.

Currently, uploading PDF or Word documents is not allowed on Rachnakunj. However, you can copy and paste the content from your Unicode content files directly onto the platform.

Readers can reward writers and poets on Rachnakunj in two ways: 1. If you enjoy a creator's work, you can encourage them by pressing the 'Like' button on their writing page and leaving a comment. 2. You can also gift a flower or bouquet by pressing the 'Gift to Author' button on their writing page. Once the gifting process is complete, Rachnakunj will convert your gift into monetary value (minus applicable expenses and taxes) and deliver it to the creator.
